Use the request form or email us with the file, or a short description of the job if the file is not ready. A person replies with what is needed before anything is set up.
Yes. Photographs, illustrations and printed originals are scanned at the resolution the final print size needs, then cleaned up and colour-corrected.
Files travel by email or transfer link, so most pre-press work does not depend on distance. Ask and we will tell you plainly what can be handled remotely.
Yes. A soft proof goes out for layout and text, and a colour proof when colour has to match. Nothing moves on until the proof is signed off.
Files received and logged with the job spec: size, stock, colours and the date the work has to be on press.
